POP-UPS DAY 1
I learned(I am still learning) the pop up in 3 steps
Place your hands under your chest, push up, pull your ass backwards, you are on your toes, then place your backfoot horizontal and pull your frontfoot forward and place it between your hands, a little angled- 25degrees.
